Paralegal

Mariana is an enthusiastic paralegal at the firm and assists Attorney J. Miguel with the firm’s immigration court and removal defense practice. While litigation support is her primary focus at the office, she jumps in wherever she is needed and assists any member of the team with anything needed. Her attention to detail makes her a great asset to the firm. Born to Mexican immigrants, Mariana is a first-generation Mexican American that is very fond of her roots and cares for helping the Hispanic community.

Mariana graduated from Tulsa Tech’s Legal Assistant program in 2024 and currently attends Tulsa Community College. She has future plans of furthering her education and becoming an immigration attorney.
