Cassandra M. Bosch was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2020 and currently practices immigration law at the firm. Her practice is mostly focused on Humanitarian-based immigration law, and Cassandra heads the firm’s Special Immigrant Juvenile cases. Jessica is a first-generation American and she graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May 2025. Her parents are Mexican immigrants who instilled in her the importance of an education. Her passion for immigration law stems from her family’s personal experience with immigration detention and this passion drives her immigration practice at the firm. Prior to attending law school, Jessica graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in philosophy. Evelin Carrillo

Paralegal

Evelin is the right hand to the Pedroza attorneys. She serves as one of the firm’s paralegals and is the lead support staff. She works primarily on family-based immigration matters, but also helps with the firm’s humanitarian-based cases as needed. As an immigrant herself from Sonora, Mexico, Evelin knows the struggle our clients experience in finding their way to pursue a life in the United States. She enjoys getting to be a part of their immigration journey and success story. Evelin attended Tulsa Community College in the past and plans to continue helping the immigrant community in the future.

Rosselyn Lozano Romero

Legal Assistant

Rosselyn is a dedicated and focused legal assistant at the firm. While she assists with many immigration matters, her primary responsibility is helping with the Asylum cases and keeping them on track for the attorneys and the clients. Rosselyn is a first-generation American born to Mexican immigrants and has a special understanding of our clients and this area of law. Rosselyn currently attends Tulsa Community College and plans to one day be a counselor so she can continue to serve her community.

Claudia is one of the first points of contact at the firm and keeps everything running smoothly in her role as client & case coordinator. She manages the office’s front-end operations, communicating case updates to clients, gathering client information, and assists the team with client meetings.
